Suction Exercise – Straw Pops

Use a normal or over-sized straw, Bite down, Place end against front teeth, Hold other end and seal off. Keep back teeth together and suck, then pop finger off. Enhances: Salivary and liquid control/Peristaltic Action/Lingual-Palatal suction/Buccinators/Orbicularis Oris

Suction Exercise – Diagonal Straws

Use half of an ordinary straw, Cut one end with rounded diagonal cut, Place diagonal end to a molar. Hold other end and seal off. Keep back teeth together and suck, then pop finger off. Enhances: Salivary and liquid control/Peristaltic. Action/Lingual/Palatal suction/Buccinators/Risorius

Suction Exercise – Baby Straw

Place the tongue to "spot" and the coffee stir stick against the closed front teeth. Seal off the end of the stick, suck in and pop out. Repeat 10 times.
